FAQ

Passports

You MUST have a passport on all international trips. The passport must be valid for 6 months AFTER the date you return home.  You may not be able to enter certain countries if your passport expires within 6 months of travel.  If this is the case, please renew your passport before traveling.   If you do not have a passport, you will need to apply for one as soon as possible.  For instructions, please follow the link below:

My Flights

Why is it important that I give my name as it appears on my passport when booking air?

Due to increased travel security around the world, it is now more important than ever that your airline ticket matches your first and last name exactly as it reads on your passport. Additionally, any changes to your air booking, which include spelling, could be subject to a change fee, penalties or cancellation.

What are the Transportation Security Administrative (TSA) requirements?

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires a full name (as it appears on a government-issued ID the passenger will be traveling with), date of birth, and gender for all passengers. Failure to provide the required TSA information for your air reservation can result in, delays at the airport during the check-in process and/or flights canceled before departure by the airline.

Can I reserve a seat assignment?

Airlines offer reserved seat selection on most flights before departure at an additional cost. At the time of reservation, we will let you know the options and pricing for reserved seating.  The time of boarding pass issuance varies between carriers.

Do meals cost money on international flights?

Hot meals may be reserved at an additional cost depending on the airline. Airlines usually have snacks and drinks available for purchase once you have boarded.

Airport Procedures

What is required when I check in?
